ENTANGLED (2025) is a motion animation that started as an experiment, my first time working with the medium. From the hand-made set design to the music I composed, every element is crafted with a raw, intuitive touch. Set in a surreal, circus-like world, the piece unfolds as a non-linear talent show populated by fantastical characters. Inspired by my recent experiences attending a range of circus performances—both dazzling and disjointed—the work explores the space of failure, the in-between, the awkward pauses and near-misses that punctuate performance. It’s a reflection on spectacle, vulnerability, and the strange beauty that emerges when things don't quite go to plan.
